Vintage Swiss suspension lamp by BAG Turgi, eraly-20th century.
The lamp features a large white lacquered aluminium shade (50cm), which rests elegantly over a central opaline glass globe. This layered construction allows the light to diffuse softly through the opaline while being directed downward by the metal shade.
The arm and structure are also finished in matching white lacquer, creating a clean and cohesive silhouette typical of Swiss functional design of the period.
